Bug Chic

*edit* Well as some of you may know, I decided not to go to FIT. Their fashion programs were way too contained for my liking (seems more of like a grad school, in my opinion...). So I'm going to SCAD! I'm so excited to finally be studying fashion.

But back to the outfit, I saw this fabric and just HAD to use it for something. Lately I've been very inspired by plants, bugs, and marine life. There's zipper trimming on the "petals" and along the top edge, but that didn't show up very well here. Overall I'm very pleased with the result. I'll be making a few more things for my portfolio~
